The build
$500 AUD covers designing and building your website and putting it live on your domain. It’s payable once the site is built and you’ve approved it — not upfront. If you don’t approve it, you don’t pay and we don’t put it live.
Hosting
$5 AUD per month, billed monthly, covering hosting, SSL, backups, security updates and small content changes such as text edits, new photos, updated prices or hours. There’s no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Substantial new work — additional pages, new features, a redesign — is quoted separately and agreed before it starts.
What you own
You own your domain name, all content you provide, and the finished website. If you leave, we’ll hand over the site files and help point your domain wherever you want it, at no charge.
What you provide
Your business details, service list, any licence or registration numbers you want displayed, and photos if you have them. You confirm you have the right to use anything you send us. If you don’t have photos we’ll work around it.
Uptime and limits
Sites are served from a global edge network and in practice are very reliable, but we don’t offer a contractual uptime guarantee at this price. We don’t host adult content, gambling, or anything unlawful, and we may decline or end hosting for those.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where our liability can be limited, it’s limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
