What we collect
When you fill in the form on this site we collect your business name, trade, suburb, your answers about your current website and hosting, your name, email address, and your mobile number if you choose to give it. That’s all of it.
Why we collect it
Solely to work out what to quote you and to send you that answer. We don’t sell your details, we don’t share them with third parties for marketing, and we don’t add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for.
Where it’s stored
Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and emailed to us through Resend. Both are reputable providers with their own security and privacy commitments. We keep enquiries for two years and then delete them.
Analytics
We use PostHog to understand how people move through this site — which pages get read, where people drop out of the form. It records page views and clicks, not keystrokes or form contents. We don’t run advertising trackers here.
Getting your data removed
Send us a request through the form noting that you want your details deleted, and we’ll remove them from the database and confirm it by email within seven days. You can also ask for a copy of everything we hold on you.
Complaints
If you think we’ve mishandled your information, tell us first through the form and we’ll try to sort it out. If you’re not satisfied you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
